Dr. Anthony J. Rhem
 has over thirty years of experience in the Knowledge Management sector, is a published author and educator, presenting the application and theory of Software Engineering Methodologies, Knowledge Management, and Artificial Intelligence.

Chang, Shi-Kuo

Dr. Shi-Kuo Chang is the founder of Knowledge Systems Institute. He
 is extensively published and well known for his contributions in the CIS fields of software engineeringknowledge engineeringvisual languagesand leadership in computer science education and research. Dr. Chang is currently a professor of computer science at the University of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.

 is recognized for his lifelong achievements in pattern recognition, signal processing, neural nets and information technology, and leadership in computer and information sciences education and research. Dr. Graupe is also acknowledged asLife Fellow of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).

Dr. Nicholas Koss
 has made lifelong contributions to education and leadership in advancement in the field of humanities. Dr. Koss is currently a professor of English Literature in China and is known for his outstanding achievements as a lifelong educator.

Prof. Robert ​Laurini is presently Professor Emeritus at INSA-Lyon University of Lyon, president of the NGO "Universitaires Sans Frontières/Academics Without Borders". During his activities, he was intensively involved in international affairs. He speaks fluently French, English, Italian and Spanish. Among others, he has been member of PhD committees in 17 countries. Previously, he was full distinguished professor at the National Institute for Applied Sciences (INSA-Lyon), and more precisely at the Computing Department and at the LIRIS Laboratory in which he was in charge of international affairs. His main interests are spatial and multimedia information systems with applications to urban and environmental planning, together with telegeoprocessing (GIS + Telco)

Furthermore Mr. Sitrick is an accomplished attorney at law with his own practice in the greater Chicagoland area.

Ms. Maria Tai 
has decades of experience in specialized accounting and auditing honed by her Master’s Degree in Accountancy from DePaul University and being a CPA in the greater Chicagoland area since 1980. Her contributions in leadership roles are immaculate and include being ​Chairman of the First Quality Financial Services, Chairman of the First Quality Mortage Company and Chairman of Maria Tai and Associates for five locations in the greater Chicagoland and suburban area.
