Dr. Warren Clayton Hall received a B.S. in Public Administration and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri. He holds an M.S. in Accounting and a Ph.D in Financial Economics from the University of Illinois. A CPA, he has worked with not for profit organizations and has taught accounting, finance, economics and statistics during a long academic career. His publication have appeared in such journals as Land Economics, Journal of Economics, Industrial and Labor Relations Review and Industrial Relations.
