Executive Director Pan's merits and accomplishments lie not in a litany of academic degrees, rather they lie in the investments of time she has sown into seeing this graduate institution -KSI- flourish. A graduate with distinction of Fu-Jin Catholic University, Taiwan, Ms. Pan found time to attend master's degree classes in business management, economics, and accounting over the years. Her tacit motto is: from every situation, if one's willing, one can learn and improve. From the beginning, Ms. Pan has tirelessly poured out her time and strength to build an environment of exacting standards both in instruction as well as in technological progress. Having been a teacher for many years, Director Pan has high expectations and demands of her administrative staff, faculty, and students and she is well-acquainted with the power and confidance a student garners when one finally completes a great academic endeavor. Her devotion, determination, and dedication have inspired and will continue to goad on the administation, the faculty, and the graduates, to desire to be challenged, to be disciplined, and to be excellent.
