Our internships offer an excellent opportunity to experience working in a corporate accounting environment. While an internship is no guarantee of permanent employment at Beacon Funding Corporation, since the program’s inception we have offered permanent jobs to more than 25% of our interns.   Job Description   The internship duties consist of: assisting with maintenance of 400 plus page website, updating various databases, updating pages, editing pages, creating various graphics, running traffic reports, and assistance with administrative projects. Training is on the job. Interns work with staff and managers on various projects throughout the internship. Familiarity with HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator is beneficial. Interns must have daily access to a vehicle. Interns are evaluated on an informal basis. Quality of work, attitude, ability to learn quickly and follow up as needed are all characteristics sought in interns as well as permanent employees.
