The following steps are required in order to register for on-site or online course(s).

1> Fill out the registration form and register by mail, fax or phone as described below.

2> If you want to receive credit, you must complete the application process to receive credit. If you decide not to receive credit for a course, you must fill out the Non-Credit Admission Form.

3> Contact us if you have further questions or require further assistance or guidance regarding your course of study. Our advisors are always willing to help.

by mail	To enroll by mail simply fill out the registration form, enclose a check for the appropriate amount payable to Knowledge Systems Institute and send it to: Knowledge Systems Institute Distance Learning Registration 3420 Main Street Skokie, IL 60076
by fax	To enroll by fax simply fill out the registration form, check Visa or Mastercard and fax the form to: Knowledge Systems Institute Distance Learning Registration (847) 679-3166
