Software Testing and Automation
Special Session in SEKE 2009
The 21st International Conference on Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (SEKE'09)
Hyatt Harborside at Logan Int'l Airport, Boston, USA
(URL: http://www.ksi.edu/seke/seke09.html)
With the quick increase of software in complexity and scale, software testing and
automation is becoming an emerging and effective solution in software quality assurance
to meet tight project schedules with quality. Although many research papers have been
published to address software test automation issues and solutions, there are still
many open issues, obstacles, and challenges in software testing and automation
due to the increasing complexity of the today’s application systems and advance
of software technologies. As the paradigm shift in software engineering from
object-oriented software construction to model-based, component-based, or
SOA-based software construction, new problems and needs must be addressed.
The special session invites researchers and professionals from universities and
industry responsible to submit your original papers and experience reports on
the state-of-the-art software testing solutions and automation practice.
The interested topics for paper submissions in this invited session include but are not
limited to the followings:
